We offer a limited selection of physical merchandise directly to fans. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit order quantities or discontinue items at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payment
Order Acceptance: Placing an order constitutes an offer to buy. Your order is officially accepted once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to shipping (e.g., due to stock limitations or suspected fraud).

4. Shipping & International Buyers
Shipping Estimates: Estimated dispatch and delivery dates are non-binding guidelines. Pre-order items will ship as soon as stock becomes available.
Shipping Addresses: You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not liable for packages lost or misdelivered due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.

5. All Sales Final (Returns & Exchanges)

Damaged or Wrong Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email contact@everlasting.fm within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo proof of the damaged or incorrect item. We will review your request and issue a replacement or refund for verified issues.
